Job Description

[Recruitment staff] 

New recruits, mid-career employees and part-time employees will be focused on the following. 

・Recruitment strategy planning, implementation of measures, effectiveness verification and analysis. 

・Responding to recruitment agents, management and operation of recruitment advertising media. 

・General operation in selection (document selection, interviews, etc.), follow – up until hiring a candidate. 

・Existing fixed-term employees Employment management. 

[operations in the HR group] 

・Individual responses to labor matters (for work-related accidents and absences from employees, mental health problems, etc.) 

・Attendance management and labor management using the attendance system. 

・Operation and check of payroll practice. 

・Labor insurance / social insurance procedures for outsourced parties,various regulations according to the revision of the law, regulations revision / labor management, procedures for labor-management agreements, labor cost management, evaluation system operation.

Treatment conditions / sales bonus

■ Salary increase: Once a year (according to personnel evaluation). 

■ Bonus: Twice a year. 

■ Includes fixed overtime (40,000 yen per month / 20-25 hours * Different depending on job class / separate payment for excess).
