Job Description

We will continue to provide value by spreading the real estate sales solution “ROOV” using VR. Mainly approaching developers and real estate companies will contribute to expanding sales channels. 

・ Design and promotion of sales strategies. 

・ Support for ROOV introduction. 

・ Proposal sale of housing sales solutions mainly for major real estate developers.

・ Marketing for expansion of business areas using ROOV, etc. 

1. Target real estate developers. We will conduct sales to the head of the base and area manager who sells newly built condominiums. 

2. Sales methods There are various ways to acquire new leads such as out-of-band and in-bound. Going directly to the model room and gaining leads may also occur in the future. The mission of sales is not only to new customers, but also to continue using existing customers. 

3. You can view the apartment in 3D images without using VR equipment. Since it is difficult to make all types of model rooms, it is possible for those who want a room type that is not in the model room or those who want to go back to theirhome to make a comparative study on the Web.In addition, the sales side can manage and confirm user click trends and browsing time as data, so it can approach efficiently.

Hiring requirements

Treatment conditions / sales bonus

Monthly salary: Extra portion including overtime for 45 hours is paid separately.
