Job Description

We will entrust you with the planning and construction of the operating system for customer support of “Qualified Square”, which boasts the industry’s No.2 track record!
This is a job to respond to inquiries from those who are considering or attending the course of “Qualification Square”. As the number of students has increased steadily, the number of inquiries has increased, and there is an urgent need to establish a system that can respond promptly and sincerely. In the current situation, we will gradually shift to management as we proceed with the development of the customer support system while receiving actual customer support.

[Specifically] For parts that are outsourced and simple inquiries, AI (chat bot) is used to automate. In this process, we will be able to increase the conversion and at the same time leave the direction for outsourcing, AI utilization and optimization for our company. Because the discretion given during the business expansion phase is large,it is not just a window, but a key position for business operations.

Requirement

[Required skills]
Those who have system knowledge as customer support for in-house WEB services, EC, etc., and those who have experience in responding to inquiries.
Specifically, IT tools used in our company (Chatwork , Online information sharing tool) can be used without problems.
・ Customer support related tool selection, use, implementation and operation experience
・ Customer support integration experience (from paper to online, multipath integration, cost) Verification of effectiveness
