Job Description

As a personal English consultant for the company’s services, you will be given a lecture on how to learn English efficiently and follow up on daily learning.

1. Level check and interview 

・ Analysis of current English ability, clarification of tasks (listening ability, speaking ability, vocabulary, etc.) 

・ Hearing of English study methods and living environment 

2. Provision of curriculum 

・Curriculum tailored to customers 

・ Setting and sharing of goals 

3. Interviews (customer visits once a week) 

・ Confirmation test and reflection 

・Proposal for improving English proficiency 

4. Daily follow up 

・Advice on questions and consultation (as appropriate)

PROGRIT is an English coaching service that allows you to learn business English quickly.

Hiring requirements

TOEIC 800 points or higher or equivalent level of English 

TOEFL / IELTS / Eiken qualifications / scores such as qualifications other than TOEIC are acceptable

pay basic salary: 230,000 yen to 300,000 yen

Estimated monthly salary: 280,000 to 350,000 yen

<Annual income > 

1st year (25 years old): 4.2 million yen / monthly salary 280,000 yen + bonus 

1st year (27 years old): 4.8 million yen / monthly salary 310,000 yen + 

2 years after joining bonus (31 years old): 5.5 million Yen / monthly salary 400,000 yen + bonus 

Salary increase: Twice a year, bonus: Twice a year, full payment of transportation expenses

Selection process

– Primary interview: On-site employee
