Job Description

You will be responsible for sales positions at the Media Sales Division. We will create solutions for all the issues of “people” starting from recruitment of new graduates. 

1. The company that hires new graduates is the customer. 

2. We propose various services for corporate customers, such as job advertisements, recruitment, aptitude tests, etc., so that the best matching can be achieved for each company. 

3. We propose total recruitment strategies using various methods of specific business . 

1) Definition of recruitment requirements Define the recruitment requirements for what kind of human resources should be employed based on the customer’s business strategy. 

2) Job advertisement and internship planning. 

3) Consulting in the development area after joining the company, utilizing “SPI” (aptitude test), etc. 

4) Create a new recruitment system Create a new recruitment system using the latest technologies such as AI and VR.

Treatment conditions / sales bonus

Estimated annual salary: Approximately 4.85 million to 7.19 million yen 

Monthly salary: 303,519 yen to 449,611 yen 

Basic salary: 220,741 to 326,989 yen + grade allowance 

* Determined by the mission (grade) you leave. 

※ grade allowance: (paid in extra pay additional for overtime work worth more than 45 hours) Time 82,778 – paid £ 135,991 as overtime overtime of 45 hours, regardless of the presence or absence of a monthly salary system (the end of tightening the current month 22 days payment), bonus twice a year (June and December, the amount to be paid is determined by company performance and personal evaluation), commuting and business travel expenses.
