Job Description

You will be involved in the following HR operations while sharing and collaborating with existing members. 

■ Personnel labor / system design / system planning, system planning, design, operation, etc. 

■ Education training / training training planning / operations. 

■ Recruitment (midway / new graduates)

* Because there are members who are mainly responsible for recruitment , follow-up support / recruitment planning / recruitment Brand planning (improvement of presence) in planning, recruiting activities, follow-up, job change, and employment until joining the company. 

■ Others 

・ Planning / execution of measures to improve workplace productivity, culture, and employee engagement.

■ Comments 

As the background of recruitment has increased, the number of employees has almost doubled over the past year. 

Recruitment activities will continue, but in the future, in addition to making it attractive in terms of business and the meaning and significance of working in grooves, we will also improve the performance of members working at grooves, from the environment and institutional aspects I want to build something that can be felt from the aspect of personnel planning.

Hiring requirements

[Mandatory (MUST)] 

・ Extensive personnel experience (recruitment, system planning, system design). 

* We are looking for experience in planning work, not operation / operator.

Treatment conditions / sales bonus

Monthly salary 420,000 yen (Breakdown: Basic salary 310,413 yen + Fixed overtime fee 109,587 yen).

~ Monthly salary 540,000 yen (Breakdown: Basic salary 437,468 yen + Fixed overtime fee 102,532 yen). 

Twice a year (February / August), Bonus twice a year ( Bonus system introduced from FY2018).
