Job Description

In addition to confirming and responding when an abnormality is detected by a sensor of SECOM, we will visit the contractor and propose maintenance of equipment and security enhancement. 

1. Emergency dispatch to the site based on abnormal signal of emergency response sensor or customer request. Take appropriate measures according to the situation to normalize. There are various countermeasures such as sensor detection, fire, first aid, and inspection request. 

2. ATM failure handling Normalize when a failure occurs in the ATM of the contracted financial institution. We will deal with issues such as bills, cards and bankbooks getting stuck in the machine. 

3. Proposals for maintenance inspection and security enhancement. Regularly check various security devices. If there are any abnormalities, repair or replace them. In addition, we propose security enhancements according to customer needs, and always maintain and provide a high level of security.

[Education system] 

Training will be conducted at the SECOM HD Center (Tama, Gotemba, Nabari, Aso).

We will also teach knowledge and skills such as basic actions and first aid.

Hiring requirements

Tokyo / Monthly salary of 237,200 yen or more. 

Saitama, Chiba, Kanagawa, Aichi, Shiga, Kyoto, Osaka, Hyogo (excluding some areas) / monthly salary of 237,000 yen or more. 

* Other regions / monthly salary of 190,400 yen or more.
