Job Description

As inside sales, you will be in charge of sales of corporate business card management service “Sansan”. 

1. About customers 

List of companies that use companies of various sizes, such as major companies and SMEs .It has been introduced widely from several people to large companies and government offices. 

2. Business Products 

Business Card Management Service for Business “Sansan” Business card management service for corporations that creates a database of business cards in the organization and shares them with the concept of “turning business cards into corporate assets”. By simply reading a business card with a scanner or smartphone application, the business card information is accurately converted into data using a unique operation system, and the business card information can be shared and used within the organization through a cloud-type application. 

3. Sales methods and processes 

 

Each group consists of large companies, small and medium-sized companies, etc., depending on the target size. The group to which you belong is determined by evaluation and aptitude. 

 

・For field sales (outside-office sales) that visit customers, we conduct sales through in-house communication via telephone and email. 

・We will realize more effective and efficient sales activities by creating business opportunities at the best timing. 

 

1) Creation of business opportunities 

Based on the database of prospective clients that marketing has gained, we will approach the target company through telephone and e-mail, and listen to needs and issues to create business opportunities. 

2) When approaching prospective customers, even if it does not result in business negotiations or project creation, it maintains the relationship with the customer through regular provision of information, etc. Develop prospective customers until the level of interest increases.Then with the prospective customer’s willingness to buy more, set up opportunities for field sales. 

3) Planning, and execution of seminars for targeted industries and customers 

4) Acquisition of contacts with prospective clients Participate in lectures and exhibitions that invite celebrities to acquire contacts with prospective clients. 

5) Acquisition of prospective customers We work closely with marketing and field sales to acquire prospective customers.

Hiring requirements

Those who meet one of the following requirements: 

1. Over 2 years of sales experience (no industry, no new / existing sales, no questions for individuals / corporations) 

2.Those who have a good track record as inside sales 

3. Those who have Experience in sales / Proposal of problem-solving using intangible products / Inside sales experience in BtoB and SaaS business and Experience in call business 

4. Outbound tele appointment experience


Treatment conditions / sales bonus

Expected annual income: 4.48 million yen to 8.50 million yen 

* Determined individually according to experience and ability. 

* Regardless of whether overtime work or not, overtime allowance equivalent to 45 hours a month is paid (excess wages are additionally paid) 

 

– Annual salary 6.51 million: monthly salary 468,000 (basic salary 338,000+ Overtime allowance 127,000) 

– Annual salary increase (June / December), Bonus twice a year (July / December), Full transportation expenses
