Job Description

You will be in charge of a wide range of properties, including rental management and building management, rental brokerage, and rental real estate management services, mainly for in-house properties such as condominiums and apartments. 

[Business description] 

Prior to increasing the number of tenants, emphasis is placed on enhancing customer satisfaction, and the relationship of trust is established by reporting the property balance to the owner once a month and proposals for renewal of facilities before being requested. 

[Specifically] 

・ Department management business 

・ Mansion, apartment, building management business in general 

・ Leasing (rent assessment / market analysis / recruitment drawing creation / rental promotion business) 

・ Cancellation / exit witnessing business / Reform proposal / Restoration arrangement and cost calculation) 

・ Property patrol (regular patrol and report creation of managed property) 

・ Owner response and resident response 

・ Money transfer / remittance

3-4 teams You will manage.

Wage system

Full monthly salary

pay basic salary: 332,000 yen to 395,000 yen 

Fixed overtime pay: 84,075 yen to 104,000 yen
