Job Description

As a service manager, you will be responsible for infrastructure support for the business trip / expense management cloud cloud system “SAP Concur” and internal IT security. 

[Specific business] 

1. Service Manager (business ratio: 50%) make the infrastructure side support of the company’s services. 

・ Communication with the global team: When a failure is detected, we will communicate with the global team on behalf of the Japanese side and lead to resolution. -Proper guidance to customers- Support for creating recurrence prevention measures (RCA: root cause analysis)-Suggestion of improvement plans to the headquarters- Participation in various projects 

2. Internal IT-Own department information management (operation ratio: 40%) 

3. In-house IT security staff / policy creation work (business ratio: 10%)

 Expected annual income: 3.5 million to 10 million yen  

* Expected annual income is the sum of base + incentive 

* Incentive is 10% of base. Salary revision once a year, transportation expenses (upper month 50,000 yen)
