Job Description

In the business management department directly under the management team, you will strategically promote overall human resources without being bound by precedents. 

We will entrust you with various measures centered on “people” for business growth through employee productivity improvement, such as recruitment work, construction of human resource development program, and operation of personnel evaluation system.

・ Selection and operation of recruitment media 

・ Operation of recruitment media 

・ Employment standards ・ Development of flow 

・ Planning and implementation of training and education programs 

・Planning and implementation of personnel retention and culture development 

・ Personnel evaluation Since there are many undeveloped parts, such as the system for building and operating the system 

Required

・ Practical experience in general HR operations (recruitment (especially mid-career), education and labor) (3 years or more) 

* Especially, achievements in the construction and operation of personnel evaluation systems and the introduction and operation of human resource development programs 

・ Experience in direct recruiting operation 

・Experience in recruitment PR 

・ IT knowledge and experience in engineer recruitment
