Job Description

We accept a wide range of contracts, including TV commercials for mail order, receiving orders from customers who have seen morning newspaper insert flyers, and responding to product inquiries, as well as post-purchase after-sales and guidance for switching to regular courses. It is. 

SV work includes team management, client support, numerical management, various materials creation, etc.

-Communicator training, guidance, shift creation, attendance management / monitoring, feedback / client support, regular meetings, performance reports, 

Management of numerical values such as improvement proposals , response rate, order rate , revenue management such as sales, labor costs , service quality management , script and FAQ, etc.
