Job Description

[Business Overview] 

We will conduct consulting sales to make proposals directly related to the customer’s business, such as construction tools and construction methods for our products. 

It is a solution proposal-type sales, such as management problems of existing clients, cost performance, improvement of business problems. 

There is a lot of room for expansion in the Japanese market, and we are hiring more sales employees to keep growing.

[Details of operations] 

– Sales planning. 

– Deep marketing to existing customers.

– Preparation of materials for demonstrations. 

– Customer workshops, visits to customer offices, demonstrations 

* 5 companies to 6 a day 

The company visits and conducts 10 business talks.

Hiring requirements

[Mandatory (MUST)] 

In, sales, and marketing experience, proposed, and who have been raising the track record with a goal to customers operating activities towards the carried out without problems in the-ordinary vehicles.

Treatment conditions / sales bonus

Monthly salary of 296,100 yen + monthly bounty. 

* Monthly bounty: Team incentive standard amount: 21,000 yen (when team achievement rate is 100%). 

Individual incentive standard amount: 49,000 yen (when individual achievement rate is 100%). 

Monthly salary + incentive Standard amount = 366,100 yen. 

Bonus twice per year = Standard payment amount once: 390,000 yen × 2 times = 780,000 yen.
